C17 with good C18 front. Modillion eaves cornice. Pediment. Two storeys.
Three sash windows, central one on first floor being Venetian. Six-panelled
door with fluted pilasters, open pediment and fanlight. The windows have
keystones and there is a lunette in the pediment. Hipped slate roof with
dormers. This front is rendered. Inside is a very nice C18 staircase
and the rooms have pilaster cornices. The C17 part at the back has another
staircase, referred to in RCHM volume II, page 215, as having "original
flat wavy balusters".
