House. Late C16-C17, much renovated C20. Timber frame with C20
herringbone brick infill, previously plaster, rubble stone plinth. C20
tiled roof, flanking brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 2 bays. C20 barred
wooden casements, 3-light to first floor. Ground floor has 3-light
casement and single light to left bay, 4-light to right. Lobby entry to
right has 4-panelled ledged door with single leaded casement above. One
original 4-light oak mullion window to rear. Interior has fireplace with
chamfered stone jambs to first floor and one old board door. Early C20
extension to right is of brick with slate roof, 2 storeys and one bay
of barred sash windows with segmental heads, Extension of similar date
to rear of right-hand bay. Former outbuilding, now part of house, to
left is of brick with tiled roof. One storey, C20 barred wooden
casements, 2 doors, former cart entry, lunette to right.
