- 200 yards west of
Duncombe Arms

GV II

Probably C18 house remodelled in early C19. Timber framed on
plinth and roughcast rendered. Early C19 thatched hipped roof
of low pitch with red brick end stacks. Range of three, flush,
wood frame windows. Central doorway with early C19 flat roofed
portico on two columns. Ranges to north are thatched.
