House. c1830. Painted brick with Welsh slate roof. 2-storeyed,
2 wide bays with central 6-panelled door in pedimented case
with architrave and entablature, flanked by 16-pane sash
windows with flat arched brick heads. Additional upper bay
forms flying freehold over adjacent former stable block to
Tontine Hotel (q.v.). Dentilled eaves, gable end stacks.
Cast-iron railings enclose garden at front.
