Town house. 1846-7. Brick with buff headers and stucco
dressings; slate roof with brick end stacks. L-plan. Georgian
style. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Wide eaves
soffit. Entrance has moulded doorcase with angle paterae,
frieze and cornice, overlight with margin lights to 4-panel
door. Windows have sills, and rusticated wedge lintels with
keys over 12-pane sashes. Rear gabled wing.
