GV II

House. c1820. Stuccoed brick with double-span tile roof and
brick stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range with
single-storey wing to left. Top cornice; coped gables; wing
has top cornice and parapet. Ground floor has round-headed
windows with small-paned sashes to front and return of wing
and to right of entrance; windows to 1st floor have 12-pane
sashes. Round-headed entrance has Doric half-columns, frieze
and cornice; fanlight over 6-panel door. Round-headed window
to right return; rear cross-axial stack. INTERIOR not
inspected.
