Former warehouse, now flats. 1655, rebuilt c1800, converted c2000. Red brick with slate roofs. 4 storey plus attic. River front, 3 windows. Central loading doorway to each floor with double doors, those on ground floor plank doors, those above half-glazed. Top 2 floors retain wooden taking-in shelves with chain supports. Each doorway is flanked by single glazing bar sashes, with a single similar sash in the attic gable. Rear front similar with blocked openings on the ground floor, and a re-sited ashlar plaque on the first floor dated 1655.
