Town house later with shop. Mid C18 on C17 site. Incised
stucco probably on rubble to front; steep asbestos slate roof
with coved and moulded eaves cornice; brick end stacks. Deep
plan including deep wing at right angles to rear left. 2
storeys; 4-window range. Original or late C18 twenty-four-pane
sashes with glazing bars, (including ground-floor right);
house doorway under 3rd from left window with key-patterned
pilastered doorway with early C19 six-panel beaded door with
latticed overlight and similar pilasters flanking late C19
double shop front, on the left with splayed central doorway
with sidelights, glazed door with overlight and moulded
entablature with fascia. INTERIOR: not inspected but said to
have many features of interest.
