Outbuilding, possibly formerly brewhouse. C17/C18 with some C19 alterations.
Regular coursed limestone and lias in alternating courses. Sandstone quoins.
First floor rendered to front and rear. Left return side has timber framed gable
with C19 yellow brick infill. Tile roof; C19 ridge stack of linked stacks with
dogtooth cornices. 2 storeys; one-window range. Irregular front has sliding
plank door and stone flat arch. Small opening with plank door to left. Small
window to right. Half-glazed door and side-lights on right. First floor has
plank door on right. C20 two-light casement. Left return side has fielded
8-panelled door in wood surround. Fixed light window with glazing bars above. To
rear: bricked-up chamfered stone Tudor-arched doorway on right has small window
inserted. Blocked C19 brick Tudor arch doorway to left. First floor has two
2-light leaded casements with gables. Interior not inspected. Included for group
value.
