GV II
House. Early-mid C18. Flint with brick dressings, old tile roof,
central brick chimney. Lobby entry with staircase projection in line to
rear and later rear outshots. 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays. Plinth
with chequered off-sets, first floor band with central course of glazed
brick. Paired barred wooden casements with segmental heads, chequered
to ground floor. Similar window to centre of first floor above C20 gabled
flint and brick porch with arched stained glass windows. Later altered
doorway to left with sash window. C20 extension set back to left, small
shed set back to right. Rear outshots have large C20 dormer windows.
Interior has spine beams with narrow stopped chamfers, winder stair, and
old board doors.
