House and shop in row. Mid to late Cl9. Rendered, slate roof. Three storeys,
2 windows; at ground floor a full width plate glass slightly projecting canted
2+2 light display window with central pair glazed doors, set back, under deep
overlight, to continuous plain fascia and moulded cornice. At first floor two
4-pane sashes in raised plat surrounds with cornices on consoles, and at second
floor 4-pane sashes in moulded architraves, immediately under box eaves. Slight
pilasters left and right. Included primarily for group value.
