FORRABURY AND THE HARBOUR, Boscastle
SX 09 SE MINSTER

GV II
House. Circa mid C19 possibly with earlier origins. Rendered and painted stone rubble
with brick segmental arches to openings. Rag slate roof with hipped end on right and
gable end to front on left. Rendered brick stack in right hand hipped end.
Range on right of double depth plan with central cross passage and possible stair
projection to rear. Range on left forming 2-room double depth cross wing.
2 storeys regular 1:2 window front: left hand range with circa C19 16-pane sashes in
ground and first floor. Range on right with two C19 12-pane sashes in ground and
first floor and central plank door.
