House. Late C18/early C19. Whitewashed and rendered with bitumen-painted slate
roof gabled at left end, hipped at right end. Rendered chimney at right end. 3
storeys. Narrow 1 window front. C20 plank door on front at right. Ground floor
window C19 16-pane hornlesssash with shutters. First floor bay window under
hipped slate roof has C20 12-pane horned timber sash and 4 pane sashes to returns.
Second floor window 12-pane hornless sash. Interior not inspected. Forms part of
a group on the east side of Old Post Office Hill. Included for group value
