Manor Farmhouse

GV II

Early C18, probably once farmhouse and cottage. Some rubble masonry, the rest is
painted brick. High pitched pantiled roof with old brick chimneys at party wall
and ends. Stone cills to C19 sashes, those on ground floor under gauged brick
arches. Two storeys, three windows. Taller two-bay right extension of laid C19
with slate roof. Stone coped gable ends and kneelers, and stepped brick eaves
cornice, in older part. Rear lean-to either original or nearly so.
