Probably c1900. Shop with glazed frontage to studio or workshop on upper storey
(of equal height to ground floor). Rudimentarily commercial classical in style.
3 bays of modified pilasters; 3-light sash windows in each bay of upper storey.
Recessed entrance in middle bay of ground floor, flanked by 2-light show windows.
Wide-spaced eaves brackets. Truncated pyramidal roof, slated with ridge decoration
and finals. One bay single-storey extention to left and 3-bay one to right,
former with pedimental panel above, latter with 3-panel parapet. Of value for
unaltered condition, especially of interior with showcase counter and chamfered
wooden coloumns.
