Dated 1871. 3 houses terraced with neighbours to the right. 2 storeys. Dressed
coursed stone. Slate roofs. Each house gabled, with finial. Mullioned windows.
Above (from left to right): 5-light; 3-light; 1-light (round-headed); 3-light;
1-light (round-headed). Below (left to right): door with arch of Tudor form (with
overlight and 4-panel door); 4-light (transomed); 3-light (transomed); gabled porch
enclosing 4-centre arch under rectangular moulding; 3-light (transomed); gabled
porch, evidently rebuilt (with 4-panel door).

Nos 48 to 58 Main Street (even) form a group.
