(Formerly listed as No.61 Gingers Farmhouse)

House. C17 altered. Timber framed with brick infill and refacing
to much of ground floor. Brick wing to N.W., old tiled roof, half
hipped to N.E. gable with painted plaster infill above tiebeam, large
central brick stack, and small second stack at end of N.W. wing.
Gabled dormer in S.E. roofslope. 2-storeys and attic. T plan.
S.E. elevation has door in centre opposite chimney, modern 3-light
casement to LH,segmental arches; 3-light leaded upper casement
to RH. Range of 1-storey outbuildings attached to LH. N.E.
elevation to road has gable to LH, 4 light casement to ground floor,
2 light above; large modern gabled enclosed porch in centre, N.W.
wing set back to RH with 1st floor band, 4-light casement to ground
floor, 2 light leaded casement above and bricked up 2-light casement to
RH.
