Lodge cottage. Early C19 with C20 addition and alterations.
Painted brick, and slate roof with overhanging eaves, decorative
bargeboards and central brick ridge stack, also another brick
stack to east gable. Single storey and three bays, that to east
lower and later. North elevation has three pointed windows, the
two to west with diamond paned metal windows and that to east
with glazing bar fixed window and small opening casement. West
gable wall has C20 gabled porch to centre with glazed door and
decorative bargeboards. To either side, small pointed windows
with diamond paned metal windows. To rear elevation, a C20
addition. Included for group value only.
