1913-14 by Adshead and Ramsey; Duchy of Cornwall Estate. Two pairs of 2-storey,
2-window cottages. Yellow stock brick. Stuccoed first floor cill band with
key pattern, top dentil cornice and blocking course. Sash windows with glazing
bars under gauged brick arches. Doors of 2 large panels and lozenge-glazed
top light.
